The 2-story main house and the guest cottage have 3,000+ sq. ft. combined, with an additional 1,000+ sq. ft. on 6 covered porches & balcony.

The main house features 3-4 bedrooms/2 baths, large formal dining and a sunny music room/library off the living room. There is pine tongue & groove flooring, crown molding, & top quality period reproduction wallpaper & light fixtures throughout, as well as meticulously restored original woodwork, doors, windows, floors, and brass/iron hardware. The house has completely new electric wiring, plumbing, central heat/air (2 separately controlled units), new foundation /leveling & 30-year architectural roof. There is a spacious marble entry, bay windows in the master bedroom and dining room, and a marble fireplace with the original restored mantel and surround. The large eat-in kitchen features granite/marble countertops and island, with hickory cabinetry & new appliances.
